Finishes Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, Analyst – Data Entry & Customer Service person to join our team.

Duties:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems and platforms.
• Conduct outbound cold calling and follow-up with clients or vendors as needed.
• Reach out to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and document details with precision.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Adapt quickly to new procedures, software, and business requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
• Support other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
• Introduce company products or services and explain their features and benefits.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information about potential clients.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally, aiming to overcome resistance and engage interest.
• Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and potential improvements to scripts or offerings.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and training sessions as provided by the company.
