Talent Acquisition Analyst

99x Brazil is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a TA Analyst, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top technical talent to support our growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and will use your expertise and creativity to identify qualified candidates.

In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish and contribute to enhancing our employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles including developers, engineers, and designers.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
• Register and manage candidate applications on Workable ATS and other designated documenting systems
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills.
• 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as Workable ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and organized approach to recruitment.
