Working in tandem with the Executive Director and other team members for 3 national/international non-profit associations (American Society of Preventive Oncology, Institute of Nuclear Materials Management and Association for Applied Sport Psychology, the Membership / Meeting / Communications Coordinator provides valuable information to association members, assists in managing registration for meetings and assists in planning and executing association meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Frontline customer service for association members
· Processing membership applications and renewals
· Support for association committees
· Coordinate meeting registration
· Plan and execute member marketing and communications
· Maintain association websites, social media, and email channels
· Plan & coordinate virtual meetings / webinars
· Support various aspects of meetings, registration set-up, assisting the Meeting Manager
· Support for association committees
· Plan and execute member marketing and communications
· Database Management
· Support for certification and graduate program accreditation programs (AASP only)
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
· Ability to work well in a team and independently
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and firm deadlines
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Computer literacy with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience with Adobe Creative Design or Canva is a plus)
· Previous MAC experience preferred (we are a MAC only office)
Travel:
· 2-3 weeks per year
· August 2026, Austin, TX
· April 2027, Atlanta, GA
· August 2027, Orlando, FL
