- 3+ years as a Help Desk or Service Desk professional
- Experience utilizing Citrix
- Experience working within a Windows environment
- Strong Active Directory experience
- Experience within SCCM
Job Description:
This Travel Service Desk position will be supporting internal employees and building out a SOC. This position will require travel with the company potentially every week for 6 months.
Compensation:
$16/hr to $20/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
