Job DescriptionElectronics Analyst / Senior Electronics Analyst (Manufacturing Controls & Instrumentation)
If you’re the person everyone calls when the line is down, the fault code doesn’t make sense, and production needs answers fast—this role is for you. You’ll be a high-level technical resource supporting manufacturing operations through advanced troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of electronics, PLC controls, drives, and instrumentation to keep equipment running safely and reliably.
The Senior Electronics Analyst level includes the same core responsibilities, with deeper technical range and the ability to independently lead complex diagnostics, improvements, and troubleshooting strategy.
What you’ll do

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electronic and control system issues beyond standard electrician scope

Program, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems using PC-based and manufacturer-specific software

Support new equipment installations by identifying and correcting control logic and system integration issues

Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair industrial instrumentation and control devices (sensors, transmitters, converters, actuators)

Troubleshoot and maintain variable-speed AC/DC drives and related feedback/control systems

Maintain and calibrate electronic scales, weighing, and ingredient systems—ensuring accuracy, documentation, and compliance

Install and support precision measurement systems and related control equipment

Partner with engineering and vendors on upgrades, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Provide technical guidance to electricians and maintenance personnel as needed
What we’re looking for

Degree in Industrial Electronics Technology or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience

Strong working knowledge of industrial electronics, PLCs, instrumentation, drives, and control systems

Skilled with diagnostic/test equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, recorders, insulation testers, etc.

Solid computer skills for technical documentation, reporting, and system support

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across maintenance, engineering, and production teams
Schedule & work environment
- Training will start on 1st shift, with expected assignment to 2nd or 3rd shift after training

Overtime expected based on projects and urgent operational needs

Salaried, non-exempt role (eligible for overtime)
