Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with care
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
