Printing Team Leader
Location: Miami Lakes, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:15 PM – 12:30 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overtime: Frequent overtime may be required
We are currently seeking a Printing Team Leader to join a large corporation located in Miami Lakes, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily printing operations while guiding a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team within the printing production department
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met
- Prioritize workflow and coordinate daily production tasks
- Operate and assist with production equipment when necessary
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications
- Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Lead Operator, or Production Lead
- Experience with printing production equipment such as:

- Large format printers
- Cutters
- Laminators
- CNC routers
- Heat press systems
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (certification preferred)
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
- Bilingual preferred: Spanish with basic English communication skills
