Job Title: FICO Blaze Advisor 7.9 Support Engineer (Maintenance & Support)

Location: NYC, NY

We are seeking a FICO Blaze Advisor 7.9 Support Engineer with strong experience in maintaining and supporting enterprise decisioning/rule-engine applications. The role involves SRL rule development, ruleflow updates, RMA support, troubleshooting production issues, performance optimization, and deployment support across environments. Experience with Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP services, SQL databases, and CI/CD tools is preferred. Prior experience supporting financial or federal decisioning systems is a plus.

Required Skills:

• FICO Blaze Advisor 7.x (preferably 7.9)
• SRL, decision tables, ruleflows, RMA
• Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON
• SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2)
• Production support & rule lifecycle management
• CI/CD tools and version control (Git/Jenkins)
