Luxury Jewelry Sales & Design Consultant

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced sales professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is excited by custom jewelry design, CAD systems, and client relationships.
What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional yet artistic environment

Guide clients through the custom design process using sketches, CAD renders, and in-store inspiration

Educate customers on diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals

Collaborate with jewelers and designers to bring client visions to life

Build long-term relationships through follow-ups, repairs, and special orders

Assist with visual merchandising, events, and in-store displays

Learn and operate two advanced CAD software platforms (training provided)

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years jewelry sales experience, or 3+ years retail with luxury focus

Strong computer skills (Windows preferred)

Enthusiastic, client-focused attitude

Comfort with learning new design tools and technology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Interest or background in art, fashion, or design is a plus
-
GIA certification is a bonus but not required
-
Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
