Zell and Ettinger Certified Public Accountants is seeking aLegal and Compliance adviser in the New York City area. The job duties are the following:
Support accounting and tax practice by providing legal counsel, drafting contracts and
managing cross border compliance. Draft and review contracts, agreements and engagement letters. Advise on Israeli/US tax treaties and cross border legal matters. Prepare legal documentation for governance, real estate and investments. Provide notary services, includingtranslations and certifications. Coordinate with Israeli and US authorities on compliance issues. Train staff on legal and compliance standards in tax and financial services. Support risk management and confidentiality protocols.
Job Requirements are:
5 years of experience in Israeli law.
Master’s degree in law.
