Arlington-based Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a reliable and well-organized civil litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will be a personable bilingual self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage client and attorney expectations and provide status updates continually and proactively
• Manage calendars and deadlines
• Maintain case files in FileVine
• Assist with the discovery process for cases in litigation
• Assist with trial preparations, including preparing and labelling exhibits and coordinating witness schedules
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the entire duration of all cases
• Assisting in the drafting of documents, including affidavits under Chapter 18 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code
• Familiarize himself/herself with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
