Job DescriptionPayrate: $18.00Working hours: Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:30pmLocation: Sunrise, FL The custodian’s primary responsibility will be facility cleaning including bathrooms and breakrooms and other duties as required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Floor cleaning utilizing the following machinery: burnisher, carpet cleaner, floor scrubber, and pressure washer
- Lunchroom duties including coffee, cleaning, stock supplies, coffee orders,
- assuring that the lunchroom is in order and clean at all times.
- May be back-up for mail delivery and pick-ups
- Clean all restrooms in buildings
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- May require knowledge of postage equipment
- Vacuum offices and general cleaning as needed
- Other duties as required
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
