About the Role:
The Junior Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our sales team by actively engaging with potential and existing customers in the Hatillo, PDN area. This position focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue targets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions. Ultimately, the Junior Sales Representative will help expand our market presence and foster long-term partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Familiarity with the local market in Hatillo, PDN.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Training or certification in sales techniques or customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to track sales activities and progress.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

The Junior Sales Representative will utilize strong communication skills daily to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present product solutions clearly and persuasively. Interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships, which directly impact sales success. Organizational skills are used to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation efficiently, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
