Akira Technologies is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager with a proven track record in leading ServiceNow implementation and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing complex IT programs, ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow platform solutions, integrations, and enhancements in a federal or enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless platform integration and adoption.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Oversee change management, user training, and knowledge transfer to ensure operational readiness.
- Establish and maintain governance structures, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security, privacy, and federal IT standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced ServiceNow platform utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow environments.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification required; ITIL certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale IT programs for government or enterprise clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Federal government contract experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Salary Range: $125,000 to $175,000
Akira’s pay range for this position considers various factors including skills, years of experience, training, licenses, certifications, alignment with market data, and internal equity in the organization.
