This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist who thrives in a school environment and enjoys making a meaningful impact during the critical early years of education.

This role offers the chance to collaborate within a supportive team, providing speech and language services to elementary-aged students. The position involves working closely with one school site, with opportunities for independent practice as well as collaborative support—particularly as you assist a fellow SLP returning later in the semester. With caseload details and scheduling to be determined, flexibility and adaptability are important as you help students reach their fullest communication potential.

Your expertise will be valued as you:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-5 students in an engaging school environment
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social development
  • Contribute to a positive learning community focused on inclusivity and student success
  • Support seamless service provision during transitions within the SLP team
  • Meet all state and school-specific onboarding requirements, including background checks and licensing

We’re seeking candidates who possess:

  • A valid SLP state license
  • Experience or training in school-based speech-language pathology
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt as student needs and caseloads shift
  • Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners
