Job DescriptionDiehl Automotive is growing! We are currently looking for a BDC Manager for our Butler Location. This is a fantastic position with great benefits and incredible advancement potential! This is an in-person job and cannot be done remotely. Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all internet leads are followed up with until completion of sale
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
  • Follows up with aged sales leads
  • Manage and track all leads
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls, text messages and emails
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
  • Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
  • Handle our customer contacts through CRM, service, follow-up and lead generations
  • Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
  • Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales experience;
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
  • Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales call volume, internet leads and call lists
  • Outgoing personality, ability to influence customers to schedule appointments
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Extremely customer service oriented
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must be Dependable and Reliable

Compensation: Based on experience and performance
