Job DescriptionDiehl Automotive is growing! We are currently looking for a BDC Manager for our Butler Location. This is a fantastic position with great benefits and incredible advancement potential! This is an in-person job and cannot be done remotely. Responsibilities:
- Ensures all internet leads are followed up with until completion of sale
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
- Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
- Follows up with aged sales leads
- Manage and track all leads
- Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls, text messages and emails
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
- Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
- Handle our customer contacts through CRM, service, follow-up and lead generations
- Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers
- Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
- Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management
Requirements:
- Previous Sales experience;
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Previous management experience preferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales call volume, internet leads and call lists
- Outgoing personality, ability to influence customers to schedule appointments
- Strong computer knowledge
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Extremely customer service oriented
- Must have strong computer skills
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must be Dependable and Reliable
