Job DescriptionTravel Client Services Coordinator
We are seeking organized, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Client Services Coordinators. This remote opportunity focuses on assisting clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences while providing excellent service throughout the process.
This is a flexible, remote opportunity that can be built around your existing schedule. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their preferences, needs, and budgets
- Coordinate accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements
- Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
- Review reservations and travel details for accuracy
- Assist with reservation updates, changes, and client questions
- Provide destination information, recommendations, and helpful travel resources
- Maintain organized records of client requests and booking information
- Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and travel options
