Job DescriptionSalary: $19hr - $21hr

Immediate Opening:


The Lead Patient Care Associate is critical in our field operations by supporting the Front Desk Manager in overseeing and coordinating all front desk administrative and patient care functions and responsibilities in our highest volume clinic. This role leads the team in hosting the front lobby, welcoming patients, and checking patients in/out while verifying information (following HIPAA guidelines). The ideal candidate is responsible for accurately scheduling and confirming appointments for our medical practice. Additionally, this candidate will assist in auditing, work on improving processes and efficiencies, and will lead the team in the absence of the Front Desk Manager. This candidate will have experience handling high-volume calls, managing patient schedules per care plan, and scheduling follow-up medical appointments. This candidate will also demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. This role is required on-site.


Supervisory experience is required, as is a minimum of 6 months' experience in a clinical setting. Applicants without this experience will not be considered at this time.


Bilingualism is highly preferred but not required, and experience working with eClinicalWorks is highly preferred but not required!

  • Professionally communicates with patients via phone or email.
  • Ask questions and listen attentively to serve potential new patients better.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Must be a team player and able to demonstrate positive communication skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a medical hospital or clinic is required.
  • Minimum 6 months managing direct reports in a supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks a bonus


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Ability to commute or relocate: Must have reliable transportation.
