We are looking for a new Warranty Manager to join our team. The Warranty Manager is responsible for all Warranty activities throughout the Tampa Division

General Accountabilities

  • Manage weekly activities of all Warranty Reps.
  • Oversee management of needed reports to monitor progress.
  • Manage 30-day and 11-month customer walks assuring they are scheduled accordingly based on closing dates.
  • Monitor turnaround time on all open warranty tickets, all open ticket should be complete within 21 to 30 days for receipt.

Job Qualifications

  • A high school degree is required; however, a four-year degree in Business, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in field management, and customer relations.
