Location: Portland, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time

This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven legal team that focuses on supporting families through the immigration process. This Legal Assistant role is ideal for someone organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and passionate about helping people navigate complex legal systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Follow up with clients on deadlines and schedule document drop-off appointments
Help gather and organize client information to keep cases on track
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress
Coordinate closely with paralegals and attorneys on active cases
Manage files, monitor calendars, and prioritize tasks
Input and maintain case details in the firm’s system
Verify outstanding case balances, scan files, and assist with records requests
