ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES The Assistant On-site Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Platinum Team throughout the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless delivery of high-quality hospitality programs by assisting with client communication, program planning, and daily operational tasks.
  • Assist in managing the on-site delivery of logistics including transportation, lodging, food & beverage, ticketing, and special events for designated platinum corporate groups and high net worth individuals.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving guest concerns or escalations in a timely manner, consulting with the appropriate internal staff as needed.
  • Track and execute additional service requests, working to manage add-ons effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain proactive communication with the program team to confirm logistical needs, adapt plans as needed, and facilitate seamless execution of services.
  • Provide operational and logistical support to ensure program milestones are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the event.
  • Support team collaboration and cross-workstream communication by sharing relevant updates and identifying potential issues.
  • Analyze situations to recommend improvements that enhance program efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support post-event reviews by gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to future program enhancements.

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • While not mandatory, a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications can be beneficial, as well as industry recognized certifications
  • Experience supporting operations, planning, and management for large-scale events preferred
  • Previous experience with major global sporting events (e.g., FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl, Olympics/Paralympics) is a plus but not required
  • Strong ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and support solutions with minimal disruption to program execution
  • Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Prior use of general Microsoft Office products required

Pay Rate

  • Hourly rate: $45 (paid on a weekly basis)
  • Per Diem: $60

Short-term Contract Dates

  • Anticipated Start Date: 7/12/26
  • Anticipated End Date: 7/16/26
