Location: On-site in Sacramento, CA (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm). This is primarily in-office to support a hands-on team environment, with small exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Must have at least 1 year of family law paralegal experience and be able to work on-site in Sacramento. A resume and cover letter that demonstrates strong writing skills are required.

Job Description
- Support family law matters from intake through resolution, with increasing responsibility over time
- Draft and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, declarations, and related filings
- Manage discovery including propounding, responding, and organizing productions
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation including exhibits, witness binders, and case timelines
- Maintain strong client communication and help keep matters moving with clear updates and follow-through
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and court-related logistics to ensure nothing slips
- Collaborate directly with the attorney and team in a close, high-accountability environment
Qualifications
- 1+ year of family law paralegal experience required
- Ability to work on-site in Sacramento during standard business hours
- Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling deadlines, client contact, and multiple active matters
- Familiarity with Sacramento area courts and procedures is a plus
- Trial prep, discovery-heavy experience, and high-conflict case exposure are strong pluses
