Job Summary
Are you detail-oriented and mechanically inclined? We’re seeking an Assembler to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you’ll assemble cabinet components and subassemblies while ensuring all products meet design specifications and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
- Assembling cabinet components and subassemblies according to approved procedures and design specifications
- Examining connections and completed assemblies to ensure proper fit and function
- Measuring completed components to verify specifications and quality standards are met
In addition, you will also be expected to troubleshoot assembly issues, make necessary dimensional adjustments, and communicate with supervisors when additional resources or support are needed.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools safely and accurately
- Ability to lift, move, and stack packages throughout the shift up to 50 lbs.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and read specifications
