About the Role:
As a Caregiver with BrightCare HomeCare, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care in our clients' homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Mobility and transfer assistance

Light housekeeping and meal prep

Companionship and emotional support

Caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of professional caregiving experience
-
CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
-
A positive attitude and genuine heart for service
-
Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, consistent

Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out

Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting

Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
