Associate Attorney – Houston, TX

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit on the sidelines. You’ll be in the mix immediately—strategizing, drafting, arguing, negotiating, and shaping outcomes that matter.
You’ll work across some of the most exciting and high‐impact areas in Texas litigation, including:
- Commercial Litigation
- Coverage Analysis and Litigation
- Construction Accidents and Defects
- Oilfield and Refinery Accidents and Defects
- D&O Defense
- General Tort Defense
- Restaurant, Hospitality, and Property Litigation (Dram Shop, Slip and Fall, Assault, etc.)
- Product Liability
- Professional Liability
- Trucking Litigation
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of an active docket from day one
- Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and appear in court
- Conduct depositions and collaborate on case strategy
- Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
What You Bring
- J.D. and active Texas Bar license
- 2–7 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical thinking, and courtroom presence
- The ability to move quickly, think strategically, and manage multiple matters
- Experience in any of the listed practice areas is a strong plus
