Job Type: W2 Temporary Contractor, Contract-to-Hire, Direct-Hire
LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with well-established professional legal offices, from solo practitioners to established boutique legal practices and large Am Law-ranked firms. We are currently accepting applications and conducting interviews for multiple Legal Administrative Assistant roles supporting thriving civil defense litigation groups in Naples, FL. These roles are primarily full-time, in-office, and require proactive legal support professionals with strong organizational and communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Prior experience supporting civil defense attorneys is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage attorney calendars and docket, schedule and coordinate meetings, communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court officials, etc.
- Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Handle formatting and filing electronically with the courts (local, state, and federal) while maintaining confidential and organized physical and digital files
- Arrange travel, process reimbursements and expense reports, review and input attorney billable time, manage pre-bills and invoicing processes
- Trial binder preparation, compiling and organizing exhibits, witness statements, and facilitating logistics for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Support attorneys with day-to-day office, administrative, and litigation-related tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent US law firm experience in a legal administrative support role working with multiple and busy civil defense attorneys in the areas of mass torts, complex commercial litigation, product liability, construction, labor & employment, probate, and/or insurance defense matters
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with legal software (e.g., iManage, Aderant) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
Typical Work Schedule & Environment:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time during regular business hours
- Office-based role, fully onsite
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation $20-$40/hour based upon experience and longevity in previous roles
