Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if certified.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance by staff and visitors.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behaviors and intervening when necessary.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Manage conflict situations professionally to de-escalate potential threats or disputes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or stressful situations.
