What You'll Be Owning:

As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for JIRA and GitLab interoperability with program tools.

What You Must Have:

  • TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.
  • Knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.
  • Proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation.
  • Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Desirable but not required certifications include: ITIL Foundation Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
