What You'll Be Owning:
As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for JIRA and GitLab interoperability with program tools.
What You Must Have:
- TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.
- Knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.
- Proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.
- Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.
- Personnel must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation.
- Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Desirable but not required certifications include: ITIL Foundation Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
