We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Travel Journey Advisor to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements. This role centers on research, organization, and communication to ensure each travel experience is arranged clearly and efficiently.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality customer service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
