Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about retail, sales, and social media, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This associate will play a key role in supporting our brand through weekend pop-up events and various operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Pop-Up Events:
- Attend pop-ups as well as help us operate our permanent pop up location.
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.
- Engage with customers, showcase our products, and provide excellent service.
- Set up and dismantle pop-up displays efficiently.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
- Handle point-of-sale operations and ensure smooth transactions.
- Problem Solving:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Adapt to any challenges that arise during pop-up events or daily operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Shopify or any retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, energetic, and willing to take initiative.
