Are you excited about applying your web development skills to build mobile applications? A leading Digital Platforms Technology team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to craft, build, test, and deliver the features that enhance digital experiences. You will also provide guidance and mentor developers within the wider Digital Platforms Technology team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $64- $69 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Utilize web development skills to build mobile applications, focusing on crafting, building, testing, and delivering features that enhance digital experiences.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers within the Digital Platforms Technology team, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
- Communicate technical needs and capabilities effectively to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners, ensuring alignment and understanding across the team.
- Apply a long-term perspective to develop scalable and maintainable solutions, contributing to the sustainability and efficiency of the technology stack.
- Leverage expertise in front-end development technologies, particularly Angular, to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
- Build hybrid mobile applications using tools like Cordova and Ionic, integrating them into the broader digital platform.
- Engage in API development to facilitate communication between different software components and enhance application functionality.
- Participate in technical and design discussions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Utilize knowledge of test automation and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) to enhance development processes and application deployment.
Experience Requirements:
- Computer Science background
- Mobile application development.
- Front-End development with Angular 12+ and TypeScript.
- RxJS or NgRX
- Cordova and Ionic
- Experience with iOS using Swift.
- Experience with Android using Kotlin.
- API development
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
