What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication
- Read blueprints and install truck body components
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards
- Use hand and power tools to complete projects
- Support production and cross-training opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience
- Ability to pass a welding test (overhead, vertical & flat positions)
- Blueprint reading and fabrication experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment
