Allied Reliability is seeking a Mill Operations Superintendent for metals manufacturing oerparations focused on producing high-quality zinc products.

Key Accountabilities
\n

<li>Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards</li>
\n
<li>Must have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to safe work environment.</li>
\n
<li>Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture</li>
\n
<li>Demonstrate strong leadership qualities</li>
\n
<li>Ensure cost effective metal recovery from available ore</li>
\n
<li>Provide detailed reports on variances and quality issues</li>
\n
<li>Coordinate asset management planning, shutdowns and preventative maintenance</li>
\n
<li>Budget all projects and monitor costs during implementation</li>
\n
<li>Maintain cost control and mill budget</li>
\n
<li>Coordinate performance management and reviews</li>
\n</ul>

Requirements / Qualifications
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Minimum 5 years experience in mill operations / maintenance</li>
\n
<li>Surface foreman certification</li>
\n
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office</li>
\n</ul>
\n
Preferred
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Associate’s degree in a related field</li>
\n
<li>SAP Experience</li>
\n</ul>
