Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Shop Laborer at ATH Cabinet Doors. The Laborer will be responsible for tasks such as wood sanding, cutting, assembling, and finishing. Experience running wood shop machinery is highly preferred. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The ability to accurately read measurements is a STRONG requirement. We are looking for a serious candidate who wants to work, shows interest in learning, and shows up on time, ready to work every day.
Punctuality and a good work ethic are required for this position.
We work Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (four 10-hour shifts each week)
Starting Pay is $18 - $20/ hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in wood shop, warehouse, or manufacturing roles is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with woodworking tools and equipment are strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and measuring tapes down to at least 1/16 of an inch with accuracy is required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Willingness to learn new ways and processes of work.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
