Position: Entry level package operator
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14hr
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable packaging operator trainee to assist with packaging operations, material handling, palletizing, plant clean up, and rail car connections and disconnections. no previous experience is required candidates must be comfortable working outdoors year-round , including in hot wheather.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- must be at least 18yrs of age.
- Spanish is mandatory, English is a plus
- must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- must be willing and able to work outdoors year round, especially in high temperature.
- no previous experience required
- no felony convictions within the past seven year, subject to applicable law and company policy.
Job Responsibilities
- Palletize materials
- assist with packaging and material- handling operations
- perform general plant cleanup and maintain a clean work area.
- connect and disconnect railcars as required
- follow workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions.,
