Compensation:
$100,000 - $300,000 per year
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and guide them through the process
- Prospect and secure residential listings across DC and Montgomery County
- Conduct listing appointments, pricing consultations, and buyer consultations
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for your listings
- Create purchase offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Consistently follow up with leads to build your pipeline and grow
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Active real estate license (DC and/or Maryland required)
- Self-motivated go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills — oral and written
- Top-notch time management and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern real estate tools
- Sales experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Knowledge of the DC and/or Montgomery County market is a plus
