About the Role
Telare Law is seeking an IT Support & Onboarding Specialistto ensure every team member has a smooth, secure, and productive technology experiencefrom Day 1 onboarding through daily operations. This role combines technical support, system administration, and process improvementwith strong documentation and training skills.


What Youll Do

  • Coordinate technology setup for new hires (laptops, accounts, access permissions).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Manage user accounts, software licenses, and device inventory.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, onboarding checklists, and training guides.
  • Support IT projects (system upgrades, software deployments) and process improvements.


What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years in IT support, technical writing, or systems coordination.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Salesforce, Zoom, and basic networking troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
