Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prestigious law firm in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant to join their team.

This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

· Drafting legal documents and correspondence

· Maintaining and tracking files

· Managing calendars

· Processing invoices

· Scheduling meetings

· Arranging travel

· Entering attorney time

· Corresponding with clients

· Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

· 2+ years of recent law firm experience

· Real Estate Finance support experience preferred

· Strong MS Office knowledge including Advanced MS Word

· Excellent communication skills

· Very organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$110,000 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
