Autism Specialist / Autism Consultant (K-12)
Location: serving the Ashland, Eagle Point, and Grants Pass areas
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Onsite Only
Compensation: $40-$45/hour (paid weekly)

We are seeking two experienced Autism Specialists/Autism Consultants to support K-12 students in a school-based setting. This is an onsite opportunity for professionals who are passionate about improving outcomes for students across the autism spectrum through consultation, assessment, and collaboration with educational teams.
REQUIRED Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- Master's-level Special Education Teacher with appropriate Oregon licensure & TSPC Licensure.
- Master's-level Speech-Language Pathologist & TSPC licensure (SLP) with Oregon licensure. (Board Certified SLPs encouraged to apply)
- Master's-level School Psychologist with appropriate Oregon licensure & TSPC licensure.
- BCBA with focused autism expertise and experience in school-based special education with TSPC licensure.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students on the autism spectrum across multiple grade and age levels.
- Experience supporting students across the full continuum of autism, including:
- High-functioning students in general education settings
- Students with significant support needs, including non-speaking students in self-contained classrooms
- Experience completing autism evaluations and assessments to determine educational impact.
- Familiarity with public education systems and special education services.
- Licensure & Certification
- Valid Oregon licensure and certification appropriate to your discipline (TSPC license where applicable).
- BCBAs will also be considered if they have strong autism expertise, at least three years of experience working with students on the autism spectrum, and knowledge of public school special education environments.
