Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager to oversee and drive educational and housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and managing complex projects within the K12 and higher education sectors, as well as experience in affordable housing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for educational and housing projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to communicate updates and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in educational and housing projects
- Utilize project management software to track progress and document project details
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in educational or housing projects
- Proven experience with scheduling and budgeting for complex projects
- Strong understanding of K12 and higher education systems
- Familiarity with affordable housing projects and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
