Shape impactful communication journeys for students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time opportunity spans the entire upcoming school year, offering meaningful interaction with a diverse K-12th grade caseload. You'll have the chance to work with up to 80 students, supporting their growth and success through essential speech and language services.
Desired qualifications:
- Active Ohio SLP license required
- Accepting applicants with CCC-SLP credential and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience in school-based settings or with K-12 populations is beneficial
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting children and collaborating with educational teams
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 80 K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Foster supportive, inclusive environments that empower students to reach their communication goals
