• Do you have 2+ years in production or assembly and a knack for staying fast, accurate, and efficient?
• Are you comfortable around industrial machinery (or eager to build that skill)?
• Do you bring great communication, a positive attitude, and excellent attendance?
• Do you have a high school diploma and a willingness to learn?

What you'll do

• Run production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Finish products to meet quality standards.
• Handle repetitive assembly of critical components where precision and speed matter.
• Monitor process flow and make basic adjustments.
• Perform basic quality checks and testing.
• Pack completed goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for equipment.
