Reputable company seeks to hire an experienced Terminal Manager. Must have experience with tanker trucks.
Looking for a motivated, self-starter with excellent leadership & strong terminal operations management background.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Plan, implement and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency & compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Monitor and direct all dispatch activities; including tracking, routing, and managing dispatchers.
- Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem-solving abilities as issues arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff members comply with safety rules & regulations according to OSHA & DOT standards.
- Manage P&L, budget & forecast.
The Terminal Manager is crucial role, looking for strong leadership.
