Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Train and support maintenance team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
