Fleet Diesel Mechanic | $75,000-$80,000/Year | Day Shift | Paid Weekly
Big Sky T, Inc. is hiring a full-time Fleet Diesel Mechanic in Livingston, MT to maintain and repair our fleet of FedEx delivery vehicles.

SCHEDULE
• Full-time position
• Typical start time around 7:00 AM
• Day shift schedule
• On-site position in Livingston, MT

EQUIPMENT YOU'LL WORK ON
• FedEx delivery vans
• Step vans
• Box trucks
• Gas and diesel-powered vehicles
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Complete inspections and identify repair needs
• Replace and repair defective parts and components
• Troubleshoot in-cab systems and electrical issues
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs
• Complete minor body repair work as needed
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Monitor parts inventory and communicate supply needs
• Respond to occasional after-hours service needs when required
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ years of fleet, diesel, truck, or automotive maintenance experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues independently
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Technician provides own tools
