CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is a rapidly growing provider of occupational health services with 50+ locations nationwide. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainer to support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

  • Pay Range: $35–$38 per hour

What You’ll Do

As an Athletic Trainer at CAREonsite, you’ll play a critical role in keeping employees safe, healthy, and productive. You’ll focus on proactive injury prevention, early intervention, and wellness education—helping create a healthier workplace culture.

Your impact goes beyond treatment: you’ll help employees move better, feel better, and stay on the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Injury Prevention & Management
    Implement CAREonsite injury prevention programs in partnership with the client to drive strong participation and outcomes.

  • Ergonomic Assessments
    Conduct ergonomic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team.

  • Employee Education
    Lead targeted training and education initiatives focused on injury prevention, well-being, and workplace safety.

  • Health & Wellness Promotion
    Support and enhance employer wellness initiatives, encouraging healthier habits at work and at home.

  • First Aid Injury Care
    Provide first-aid-level care for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with EHS, Human Resources, and site leadership to embed prevention and wellness into the company culture.

  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently

  • Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) — required
