Hybrid - Houston, TX (Local Candidates Only)
3-Month Contract to Hire
Pay: $82/hr
Protouch Staffing is partnering with a leading organization in the Houston metro area to identify a skilled Application Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll and HR systems. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to make an immediate impact while positioning yourself for long-term growth.
Position Overview
The Application Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Oracle Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across payroll operations. This individual will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize system functionality and reporting.
Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with Oracle Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)

In-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll processes

Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll implementations, including:

System configuration

Testing and validation
-

Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting for:

Payroll auditing
-
Compliance and reporting accuracy

Ability to collaborate with technical teams on outbound extracts and integrations
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with PL/SQL

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Advanced experience with OTBI/BIP reporting

Exposure to end-to-end ERP integrations
