Position Overview
Maple Hill Auto Group is seeking a Volkswagen B-Technician to join our service team. This intermediate-level automotive technician role is responsible for performing diagnostics and repairs independently while continuing to develop advanced technical skills and Volkswagen-specific certifications. Technicians who succeed in this role are driven and ambitious, ready to learn, and are looking for a long term career.
Certification & License Requirements
- Minimum 4 years auto mechanic experience, Import or German preferred
- Mid to high level experience with minimum 6 ASEs or MI certifications
- Valid and insurable drivers license

Essential Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair common Volkswagen vehicle issues independently
- Perform maintenance services and repairs efficiently
- Complete complex repairs with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation of all diagnostic steps and repairs
- Meet expected flat-rate performance standards
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Document all work performed accurately in the service system
- Continue participation in training and certification programs
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools
- Follow all warranty procedures accurately
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00am-7:00pm
- Tuesday-Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm
- No Weekends!
