Salary: $49.93-$59.57
The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an hourly Data Analyst position. This is a part-time (hourly) data analyst position to process functional and structural neuroimaging data and implement physics models of magnetic resonance effects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data will consist of functional and structural MRI of human subjects as well as respiratory and cardiac data and analysis will consist of pre-processing (motion correction, spatial and temporal filtering, etc) and post-processing (general linear models of various cognitive and physiological processes, and functional connectivity).
- Analysis will use a variety of tools including FSL, Freesurfer, Matlab, Python, and AWS.
- In addition to data analysis, duties will include attending lab meetings and writing progress reports.
- Work can be hybrid to include remote login.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's in biomedical engineering, computer science, physics, computational neuroscience, or equivalent.
- At least (4) years of experience in programming using Matlab and/or Python are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with MRI reconstruction (k-space), general neuroimaging, DICOM, and statistical analysis are preferred.
