Position Overview:
Process Alliance is actively seeking qualified and dynamic individuals to join our team as Consultant Engineers and Scientists. This is an ongoing job posting, and we encourage interested candidates to apply throughout the year. As a Consultant at Process Alliance, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute small capital projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Independently manage contractors and coordinate daily project activities without close supervision
- Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with site operations and compliance standards
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience managing small capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage contractors and vendors with minimal oversight
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred
- Must be available to work full-time and on-site in Branchburg, NJ for a 1–2 year assignment
- Willingness to relocate if not currently in the Branchburg area
